Does Carta work offline?
Yes. Carta uses locally cached content and includes a small built in collection so the reading screen does not become empty when the network is unavailable.
Where are saved cards stored?
Saved cards and custom collections are stored locally using SwiftData. Optional account features may support cloud synchronization through Supabase.
How do I restore a theme purchase?
Use the restore purchases option in the app. Purchases are associated with the Apple Account used for the original transaction and are processed by the App Store.
Why does Carta request Photos access?
Permission is requested only when you choose to save a generated quote card to Photos. You can still use the iOS share sheet without saving the image to your library.
How do I report incorrect content?
Use the report control associated with a card, or email support with the author, source, and text that should be reviewed.
How do I request account deletion?
If you created an account during beta testing, email apple@otoniel.dev from the address associated with the account.
